American Fab/Titan Industrial was created in 1969 by Bobby L. Hawkins and is still family owned and operated. A leading producer of gas & diesel powered, outdoor, portable equipment and other innovative products such as the "talking trashcan," motorcycle lifts, motor stands, bandsaws, and other industrial equipment, American Fab is headquartered at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. Upstate South Carolina is historically recognized as being the heart of the U.S. textile industry, and American Fab is proud to have Titan Industrial Equipment continue this region's reputation for excellence in innovation and hard work.

In an age when American production and manufacturing companies have been either closing down or moving their operations to other countries, American Fab continues to be a pioneering force that is dedicated to respecting American labor and ingenuity. Too often, companies surrender quality control for increased volume and speed of production; the Hawkins family proudly insists that their standards for excellence remain American-based. All Titan equipment is designed, tested, patented, and assembled by American engineers and workers and are protected by numerous design and mechanical U.S. patents.

Each and every one of our gas, diesel powered, and portable generators, compressors, pressure washers, and trash pumps is tested in many different ways before it leaves the assembly area to make sure it starts easily, runs properly, and performs safely. This commitment to quality drastically reduces service and warranty problems and lets us know that our products meet not only our rigid standards, but our customers' performance expectations.

American Fab/Titan Industrial is an active member of the Travelers Rest community, actively supporting many civic organizations, events, and activities. We are especially dedicated and committed to those organizations and events that support the needy. We are also involved with various national and international motorcycle and auto racing events, from local tracks to the USAR Pro Cup Series, all the way to the NASCAR Racing Circuit. Most recently, American Fab/Titan Industrial Products partnered with the Greenville, South Carolina, Better Business Bureau as the platinum sponsor of its 'Student of Integrity Award.' As a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, American Fab solidifies its commitment to be fair and responsible to all of its customers. We are also a proud member of the Outdoor Power Equipment Aftermarket Association, which provides protection from unethical and unprofessional practices.
